Sean Plumb

Principal/Owner

Sean has over 20 years experience in the Investments field, 10 of which were on the Institutional side. Add to that 17+ years in Commercial and Retail Banking, and another 5 years of Insurance experience. Bring that experience together with his creative side and you have a mix that makes for an abundant network of professionals that Sean makes available for clients. He is P&C Licensed and has excellent options for managing risk. His banking connections are incomparable. Sean has access to many levels of HR and Payroll services through a myriad of providers for all business sizes.

Over the years there have been hundreds of solutions. Here's a few that highlight what we can do. Let us help you too.

Saved a major chain franchisee over $70,000 in Worker’s Comp premium, and helped guide them to save another $130,000 on their annual audit by making sure the payroll figures were being calculated correctly. Additionally, created an Audit Tracking tool for the client to make sure they saved for Audits and were not surprised


Connected a large manufacturing client, with two large buildings, to a new bank that had more flexibility for lending options, including $4.5MM in financing for the building and Working Capital.


We helped a start up home and office automation company get the coverage they needed, especially Worker's Comp solution to fit their budget.

In addition to connecting a specialized school to Challenger Financial to retain and attract employees, we helped them connect to a local bank that is able to understand their business' growth potential. We guided them through getting a $5.75MM SBA loan, which allowed them to purchase a much needed larger facility. SUCCESS.


Assembled a complex Commercial Insurance solution package for a client with 10+ industrial properties in 6 states. Those properties spin off over $1.5MM annually in lease income. Protecting it was key, while insuring only what is needed to keep costs to a dull roar.


A local Memory Care Facility operator needed an affordable solution to keep his staff of 80 and attract more talent. We helped connect them to Challenger.
